Poncho in cascade !!!

Mijn eerste project met het nieuwe Cascade 220 garen!

Een poncho, een lieve en zachte meisjesponcho, in 7 kleurtjes : cotton candy, raspberry, naturel, jade, tan, in the navy en mint.

Het garen is een zaligheid om mee te werken, echt waar.

Ik ging gelijk voor een nieuw ontwerpje, een ietwat dichtere streek dan mijn eerdere granny stripe-poncho's.

My first project with the new Cascade 220 yarn!

A poncho, a sweat en soft girl poncho, in 7 colours : cotton candy, raspberry, naturel, jade, tan, in the navy and mint.

The yarn is fabulous to work with.

I decided to try out my new design, different to my previous granny stripe-poncho's. I used another stitch and another method.

Een zachte en warme kraag hoorde er ook bij, voor de koude lente-en herfstdagen.

En... toen dacht ik ineens : als ik er nu eens armopeningen bij maak, dan wordt het geheel nog comfortabeler en leuker! Dat deed ik dus.

I added a soft and warm collar this time, for those chilly spring and autumn days.

And... all of a sudden, I wanted to make armholes as well. To make the poncho even more fun and comfortable to wear!

Dit exemplaar is een maatje 5-6 jaar.
Er komt weldra ook een maatje 3-4 jaar aan.

This one is size 5-6 years.
And sone I will make another one in size 3-4 years.

Patroon : eigen ontwerp (komt in het boek)
Garen : Cascade 220 : kleuren : cotton candy, raspberry, naturel, jade, tan, in the navy en mint. Telkens een halve streng van 100 gram en een ganse streng mint.
Haaknaald : 5 mm

Pattern : my own design (it will be published in the pattern book)
Yarn : Cascade 220 : colours : cotton candy, raspberry, naturel, jade, tan, in the navy and mint. 1/2 skeins of each colours exept for mint : 1 skein.
Crochet hook : 5 mm
