Pyramid shawl in Malabrigo Arroyo!!!

Ik herhaakte mijn pyramide-shawl, deze keer voor het boek.

En ik koos een subliem garen voor dit exemplaar : Malabrigo Arroyo. Net iets dikker dan sokkengaren, een schone ronde draad, en de kleur...

Tja, moet ik daar nog iets over zeggen? Regatta Blue, blauw in zoveel tinten als de zee blauw is, en de lucht blauw is, en eigenlijk ook het blauw van de schone nachten.

I remade my pyramid shawl, this time for the upcoming pattern book.

And I choose the perfect yarn for this project I think : Malabrig Arroyo. Just a bit thicker than sock yarn, a perfect 'round thread', and the colour ....

Need I say anything more about the colour? Regatta Blue, a colour that unites all shades of blue : all the blue from the sea, all the blue from the sky, and for me as well all the blue from beautiful nights.

Het patroon is nu volop in testing bij een aantal van mijn kostbare testhaaksters, en hij haakt heerlijk weg, zeggen ze.
Fijn dus, want dat is toch steeds weer de bedoeling van mijn ontwerpen : mooie dingen maken, waar je bij kan ontspannen, en relaxen, en genieten:)

The pattern is being tested as we speak by several of my precious test crocheters, and they say it is fun and relaxing to crochet this shawl. And that makes me happy, because that is actually why I am designing : so people are able to make beautiful thing, and relax in the mean time, and most of all : enjoy crocheting!
